I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your TiVo® box and the iPlayer app.
Checking your account, the TiVo® is looking a little unhealthy. Both the upstream and downstream power levels are too low and there are a few timeouts recorded too. We will need an engineer out to resolve this for you.
