We've only been with Virgin for 5 weeks. We initially had a problem with buffering. The community guy said there was a problem with our Tivo box. An engineer came two days ago. Said we had been given a reconditioned box which was faulty so replaced it with a new box.
iPlayer worked yesterday. I tried to use red button today and received error message saying Please check your internet connection. The same message occurs when trying to use iPlayer.
