tivo is stuck i need technician to visit blue light red light stuck on box please today any body help

thanks for answer but if you were in my situation like having equipment go wrong and another box arrived and couldnt get any where i tried everything but nobody came forward i had a bad week this week and tried contacting virgin but nobody answered i had no tv for weeks but we did ring help team and they sorted the problem out for me but i add no idea that was the problem i thought it was another fault so really 150 didnt send technician out and to add it i didnt know what my work pattern would be so i was in a mess yesterday i couldnt be bothered yesterday

im sorry if i sent so many messages i needed to do something the new box was stuck on starting up for hours after reboot on 24th monday morning this all adds up to last tivo box waiting for home page to appear it all seems to slow and it was left blank and no banner on top of home page i cant believe this is happening again it cant be box its must be a fault somewhere

It as been playing up last night and sticking on TV guide and sticking on home page it was on set up for so long it didn't move off it after rebooting and Xmas 24 locked pin it asks for pin then you enter ir and the channel goes back to pin again

Do you have a fault at the moment is it still sticking?

 

With the Xmas channel it might be that you're entering the incorrect pin? Have you tried to access parental control to change your pin?

Still seems to stick on guide and the sound seems low on TV guide listings
And making noises at times still slow if you can make it out due tests
