Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems accessing Catch Up or use the TiVo® apps.
I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and run testing to your TiVo®. I can't see an issue with the box.
We recently had a national issue with the On Demand/Catch Up/Interactive services, but that issue has been resolved. Are you still having the same issue? I have sent a new signal to your box. Could you reboot the TiVo® and recheck this?
