i have two error codes c133 and a01 cant watch catch up or any apps

really frustrating i cant use the apps or catch up on tivo please help x

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. Sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems accessing Catch Up or use the TiVo® apps. 
 
I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and run testing to your TiVo®. I can't see an issue with the box. 
 
We recently had a national issue with the On Demand/Catch Up/Interactive services, but that issue has been resolved. Are you still having the same issue? I have sent a new signal to your box. Could you reboot the TiVo® and recheck this? 
 
Please let me know how you get on with this.

As Terri mentioned, the network fault has been cleared. So the next step would be to send an engineer to the property to investigate this further.

Still having a problem with the error code even though virgin has sent me an email saying it's fixed..I'm getting fed up with it now please can this get sorted ASAP
