i do not get all freeview channels on tivo which your rep promised

when your rep called he persuaded me to have your tivo box stating that i would get ALL freeview channels plus more but i do NOT get all freeview nor any extra ones and i am now back to watching on freeview and think i was mis sold this equipment

If you're within the cooling off period ring in and get it taken away.
