Having major problems with this App, keeps stopping then telling me whatever I want to watch is unavailable?
A warm welcome to our community and I'm sorry to hear that the HeyU app isn't working well for you. I wanted to pop by and see how things are today.
I have tried to see your boxes remotely and one is showing online ok and all looks fine signal wise and there's no network issues present either.
The other box show's 'offline', could you please let me know if this box was turned off at the time of this post please?
Also, if you could let me know if this happens on both your boxes and also a bit more about the error message you get. Does it give you a number to quote?
