It's always lovely having a nice new TV, not so good when the picture or sound isn't as good as it should be.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks great with the signal and power levels. It is worth trying to remove the HDMI lead and place it back in as it may have just been a little loose or unsecured.
Or in the possibility the lead is faulty, have you another HDMI lead you can try?
