I'm sorry to hear that you're getting the Network Availability error message, I can see you have been in touch with us since you last posted which is great to see.
Just to confirm, there is a known issue affecting your network right now that our network engineers are currently working to resolve. We're hoping to have this fixed by 23rd May. If for any reason this error hasn't cleared by then, give the TiVo® a reboot to refresh things, if this doesn't work, please don't hesitate to give us a shout and request an update.
