Hello After my oh cancelled the tv part of our package we're now getting the 7400 error message floating constantly. Have reset the hub umpteen times and have tried to call many times but am left holding for in excess of 10 minutes and cannot suffer the quite dreadful hold music anymore. Especially as it always starts at the same place. We're only watching the freeview channels but this floating message is enough to make me question the point of it all. An answer would be much appreciated, thank you
If you have cancelled your TV package then you would no longer be able to use the Virgin box as you require a subscription for this to work. I can still double check this for you though but I'll need to gain access to your account so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you requesting further information.
