called technical team and had engineer out for errors C501 and 319
engineer said was all fixed but still getting 319 message when I try to watch Sky Living both on demand and on catch up
also when I subscribed to M+ package Sky living was available in SD and HD, now it says Sky living HD only?
Am so fed up as don't get much chance to watch catch up and program will be gone soon..

This error involves the upload of certain content to the TiVo and whilst this is something ongoing, you should still be able to watch shows eventually. In the meantime, can you tell me the following:-
