error code on startup checklist

set up my new TiVo box this afternoon and then rung virgin to activate it,then switched the box on and on the startup checklist screen it gets as far as the configuring ip connection and after a while comes up with error code [7011] kept retrying a few times and then decided to give virgin a call,first call I was told they was sending a signal and for me to reset box and wait 25 minutes,after 45 minutes I called back again and was told just to keep on trying as they may have a fault at there end.ive kept on trying all night and nothing,its very frustrating.
