I'm sorry that you've received the C133 error on the box and I've been able to test the TV services in the home, looks like some of your signal levels aren't working as they should be.
I would recommend sending out an engineer and I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
