error code 6093

Have been trying to watch a movie on on demand in the sky movies tab and have repeatedly had the error code 6093. Anyone any ideas as this is now getting annoying.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you had the error code 6093 when watching a movie.

 

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. I'm not detecting any network based problems. There can sometimes be a huge demand for the movie which causes this error. Have you managed to try it again? Are you now able to watch the movie?

I also keep getting this error message and also 6119. intermitent but really frustrating. Virgin however refuse to tell me what the error message is indicating

I'm very sorry that you've had an error on the TiVo here. I've been looking into this and I've not seen anything out of the ordinary.
