error code 3010

Hi Error 3010 on HD channels - telling me to wait or try changing channel. I'm having to watch Channel 5, BBC 2, BBC News etc. in standard definition, instead of HD, on the basic subscription. Have tried powering off the Tivo box, but no different. I have missed some recordings to the Tivo box by setting up HD channel to record, only to find blank screens Can you help?
