error 3014

Hi there, I've got small issue with me box. On my TV can see massage with error 3014 (card invalid), and tried to phone you but after 20 min waiting I gave up..... Is it possible that someone will have a look on it??

I'm sorry that you're getting this error message on your TV service.  I'll be happy to help get this fixed for you.


I have carried out some checks and currently unable to check the full status of the box at present.  I have sent an update to your box, if you can power off/on the box please to refresh the update I've sent and let me know if this has fixed the issue for you.
