Not through My VM. You'd need to clear DPA to downgrade. Do either: A) Use the Contact Us page from a desktop/Laptop, between 8AM to 8PM weekday wise: http://www.virginmedia.com/customers/contact/ -> Account and Billing -> My Broadband, TV ad Home phone package -> Chat Online. It may say all agents are busy, if so, reload the page every 3 minutes and check again. Or leave the page open until a usable chat prompt shows. B) Alternately, call into 150 / 0345 454 1111, go with option 4 -> option 2.
