I phoned 150 and told the person that some of the buttons on my TiVo remote wasn't working, they said they would send a new remote. I have just checked my bill and I have been charged £9.99 for the remote. I wasn't told that I had to pay for it. I think this is disgusting that I have to pay for a remote to use my TiVo box.
