You can try rebooting your TiVo and see if the diagnostic pages will load. Because there is still an ongoing Platform outage in your area that our engineers are working on, this will affect your TiVo service, you will experience problems with normal TiVo functions at times.

The issues you will see reported there as a customer are those that affect your postcode or those that may potentially be affecting everyone in your area such as a severed cable etc.
The platform and network outages are not displayed on the Service Status page as we need to check other factors before confirming our customers are specifically affected by this, which is why we ask that either customers drop by here, or that they call in/use Webchat to check in with our teams to look at the individuals issues so we can run those checks which are necessary to support our customers
