During the past 2 weeks we are getting frequent picture break ups and a message that reads.....Channel not authorised.....then it goes back to the programme again. It's becoming quite annoying. TiVo 500G box
Welcome back into the Community, it's good to see you again. I am sorry to read about the recent issue on the TV and the error, I have been looking into the services and it's clear to see a downstream power level issue on the TiVo. I would like to get and engineer to come and adjust this to bring the service back to normal again.
