I'm sorry to hear that you're getting an error whilst trying to use On Demand. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have connected to the box remotely and all is looking fine signal wise from here. I'd like to know more about the error if it is still present. Does the error message give you a number to quote? If so, please tell me what this is and this will help me narrow down what to look for.
