Hi we also have problems gaining access to on demand and catch up tv it displays network availability c133. Is there anyway this can be looked in to as this has been an on going problem for 4 days now. Thanks

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you. We're seeing some problems with the TiVo box and I'd like to arrange for a member of the team to come and take a closer look if you're available?
