c133 error no on demand and TBA on epg

For some time now i have been unable to get on demand on my Tivo due to a c133 error and since i tried to restart it yesterday i have been getting to be announced on every channel on the epg.I have 2 Tivos and a VHD stb in my property and the other Tivo and VHD can access on demand with no issues so am puzzled as to why this Tivo should be any different.

Had the same problem for over a week now and they've been extremely unhelpful.

got an email saying it was an external fault that was fixed on the 17th yet on the 18th our main box was still the same,secondary box working fine... Booked an engineer appointment for today and sat waiting so rang to check and they have cancelled it because they say the problem was resolved  , but the extremely rude floor manager 'IRFAN' kept cutting my wife off to insist it was an intermittent fault which is why one box worked( I call bull on this because if so they would both update at some point).

having got nowhere we now how to wait another week for an engineer appointment that they may yet cancel!

to say I'm irked at this point would be a massive understatement...

The epg is now working ok but the on demand issue still persists
