i am getting this code c130 on my tivo box, i have just rang VM to report no broadband/internet connection they have organised an engineer, does the error c130 tie in with the loss of broadband, tia

Thank you for posting, it's great to see a new face around here Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry that there's been issues in the home and with that error it's not the best. Looks like there's an outage regarding some signal loss/gain called SNR, (Signal to Noise Ratio). I have included some additional information below:-
