Hi guys Come home from holiday and my TiVo box isn't working, I have restarted it, called 150 and spoken to someone who asked me to do the same thing again, its still not loading, They have told me they will have to send a engineer out on Friday between 12-4 so that's another 4 days with my tv, and they guy on the phone just rushed me off as soon as he booked the engineer. will I still have to pay for the service I cant use?
