TV not working (W02 or C130 coming up) and broadband down. CS quoting 5 days before and engineer can even take a look which is beyond inexcusable. Any ideas of obvious fixes to try before I just cancel the rolling contract?
As both TV & broadband are out, all you can do is check that all the co-ax cable connections inside the house are tight (at the device end and at the white faceplate end).
If they are, then the signal isn't getting to you, and I don't think there is anything else you can do.
