all night we've been having an issue where the tivo box reboots, showing the blue download light. it's happened multiple times, and we've had to just stop using it and watching programs on iplayer online. i've seen different posts that all result in an engineer being called out. are you guys pushing some sort of system upgrade that might be causing this issue? there are a variety of service status issues with TV in my area but none related to the box. this is quite annoying.
