Resolved! Old slow Tivo Box

My tivo box is over 10 years old. It's become incredibly slow, apps take an age to load and iplayer often buffers. I also have a V6 which is lightning quick in comparison. Surely the Tivo box is  due for replacement with a V6?  How do I get this done...

Virgin provide a terrible service -

Virgin Media provide a lousy service. My TV channel has been down for a week and no courtesy text or email. Their customer service dept never answer the phone either. happy to debit my account on a monthly basis but poor service from the company

Error code ES073

I can't watch films in My Library. I only get a message saying there's a temporary glitch and to try later, and the error code ES073, which doesn't appear in any code lists.
