I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing sound/picture sync issues on the TiVo® lately. I'd like to help check this out for you.
I have connected to your box remotely and mostly all looks great. There is a signal issue that may be causing this fault, especially as the issue seems to be temporarily fixed when you reboot the box. I would like to arrange for an engineer to call round and fix this for you.

I get this occasionally also not using any external equipment. I tend to find it happens on HD channels. It was reported years ago but as so intermittent and can't always produce it seems to have been left.
Happens on HD channels,on demand and recordings. Rebooting does not help. Both my Tivo boxes suffer this problem. Promised compensation a few years ago, how much depending on how long it took to fix........ lol. I think 5 years is long enough to fix, so I am strongly considering leaving Virgin after being customer for over 25 years (cabletel and NTL included).
