I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access an apps and games right now. I'd like to help further. If the issue is still present today, can you please get back to me with the following information:
* Does the online light flash or missing? (2nd from the right on front of box)
* Do you get an error message/code? If so can you tell me what this is please?
* Have you rebooted the TiVo® to refresh things over?
* I can see you have more than 1 box, does the same happen on all of them?
* Are all boxes in the home powered on at the time of this post?
