accessing YouTube

We have never had a problem with accessing YouTube before but today we cannot access the app. We only get the YouTube logo with a what looks like a large white T underneath which has a small black cross - what does that mean?

 

We have tried switching off the TiVo box but that has not worked.

 

Any ideas of what the problem is please?

Hi there GEC, 

 

I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I have just had a look at the fault reference, and can see that we are currently working with YouTube app developers to get this resolved. There is an estimated fix time of 9am tomorrow morning, however this is subject to change.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing YouTube at the moment, and I would like to welcome you to the forums. 

 

We became aware of an issue with some customers accessing YouTube yesterday, and our Network engineers are working to restore the service as soon as possible. The reference for this fault is F003600773.

Hi there, I'm having exactly the same issue. A small T with a red cross across it started appearing when I try to access the Youtube app. It started happening yesterday. I've tried resetting the box but it doesn't solve the issue.
