You Tube paid content

Hello

I have paid for a movie via youtube and logged onto my youtube account via the TIVO box and youtube app. Paired my TV, I go to my purchases and select the movie and it says "playback error, Paid content cant be watched on this device" I seem to be able to watch other youtube stuff.

Please can you advise why this has happened and if I can do anything to fix it.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to view your purchased content through TiVo® right now.  At present you're unable to view 'purchased' content via the App on TiVo® as it's not currently supported.  

 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.  If anything changes in the future, we'll let you know.

I am guessing Virgin have no intention if allowing paid content from youtube as it would stop people renting the movies they have on offer. 

Petty really, people pay a small fortune for Virgin anyways and you cannot buy movies from them. This is one of the reasons i left them and went to BT.
