Worldbox App Help

I was wondering if someone could check the CTC Channel (Russia) as I am receiving a picture but NO sound..

(I also subscribe to the Worldbox Spanish Viva app and 2 channels have no sound either). So this will help determine if it's a box fault or a national issue.

Hi!

Since a few days Worldbox app offers Polish channels. I wonder if I can buy subscription for that pack only for one month, without monthly automatic renewal. Is anybody know is it possible? Smiley Happy

You can book it and then cancel it asap - I don't think VM do a one-month automatic option

So I could subscribe this for example today and I could cancel this a few days before next month?

If yes, can I do it through the app on my set-top-box or should I call somewhere?

You may be able to book it on the TV Upgrade app - but I think you have to call to cancel.

Three of the polish channels are free to view - to receive the other four channels you have to subscribe for at least one month.
