Why is there such a lag with the Vito box when navigating through channel, recordings etc? I have looked at a few posts on here now an reset this an that but nothing helps... I thought they had these super fast dot cables or something which virgin keep banging on about... Its not the first time Virgin has misled me.. Please don't come back with a reply to try this that an the other because it doesn't work full stop... just need a straight answer.
Look at the post at the top of the board 'TiVo update' they're working on a fix but I wouldn't hold your breath. And btw this is primarily a user forum for user to help other users. You won't get an answer from virgin on here as their employees obviously have to tie the line
