Hello my box is so slow. Everything is so slow people are all saying. Are you going to do something about it And when will we we get the new box the V6 will we get it free.

new box maybe this year. It won't be cheap. You won't get a direct replacement.
Thank you for you message and i'm sorry to read about the box being slow. If you can tell me a bit more about hwere you're seeing the slowness I can have a little look?
I have been able to test the box and the signal levels are looking healthy, which is a good sign.
