Always get the On Demand is Unavailable message ! Says temporarily unavailable - e.g. Daytime and Evening when you want to use it ! Try again in a few minutes... tried 5 mins, 10 mins, 30 mins....same insulting message. Amazingly all online tests clear and virgin report no known issues in my area but still doesn't want to work !
So frustrating as have checked all connections etc..

Suggest you call it in as a fault. Don't see such issues here other than an occasional glitch.
