I'm sorry to hear that TiVo® isn't working as fast as it should. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have connected to your box and I can see a signal issue that may be impacting this. Can you please power the box off and on again to refresh? Let me know once this has been done and I will re-check the box and check further from there.
