Why are we being billed for a service you are clearly not providing

Many thanks for popping into the Community with your message, welcome in Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to read about the TV interruptions on the TV, I have been able to run some tests on the account and I can see a few issues that would need some help on including your hard drive.

 

This would need an engineer and most likely need a box swap. If that is the case, watching all recordings would be best before arrival, as we can transfer recordings schedules only.  I've sent you a Private Message. You can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope.
