I'm sorry to read about the TV interruptions on the TV, I have been able to run some tests on the account and I can see a few issues that would need some help on including your hard drive.
This would need an engineer and most likely need a box swap. If that is the case, watching all recordings would be best before arrival, as we can transfer recordings schedules only. I've sent you a Private Message. You can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope.
