Why does my Netflix keep getting an error message

All other services on my TV work fine, but my Netflix is always stopping at 25% viewing, then buffering and then finally receiving an error message to say it is not available.  Usually after rebooting it works, but recently rebooting has stopped working and I have had to give up watching.

Hi qwertysec, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue trying to watch Netflix. 

 

I have taken a look at your account and currently things are looking good in terms of your box signal levels. Input levels are also looking good as are things in your area. 

 

There are a few timeouts on the box but not enough to really cause an issue. I have sent some hits down the line to your TiVo®. Can you try rebooting for me to see if this helps.
