Why can't I watch my hired movie?

Code 6095 displayed when trying to view movie, on demand unavailable, try again in a few minutes. Called 150 three times now, waited 15 mins first time, was then cut off...17 mins second time, cut off again!!! Waiting in queue now for 15 mins so far. Will I get an answer this time??! Really disappointing service

Ok. Always worth a reboot. Turn TiVo off then on again. May work. 

If not check VM website as the problem may be all your local area. If not then keep ringing I'm afraid.
