Why all the constant loss of channel faults?

Can Virgin explain why tv has been so horrendously unreliable the last few week. Since the national faults, it has been one fault after another. A number of channels have not worked again since last night including 142. There is a fault showing on service status (although they haven't bothered to update the latest fix estimate since last night) but what is being done to make sure it does not keep happening on an almost daily basis? Can Virgin escalate my customer dissatisfaction yet again. It is nothing to do with my signal levels and my box does not need rebooting thanks.

Service status now show the fault is fixed and I HAVE LOST ALL CHANNELS.

I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment.

 

I've run some tests on the set top box from our end and we're not detecting any obvious issues right now. Are you still experiencing the issues on your end?
