Wasn't aware of any SKY issues - I was with them for over 10 years without a problem.
The TiVo seems beset with issues and the complete absence of any response here is really making me very annoyed. And contuing the roll out of an update that they know causes a serious issue - is just mindbogglingly incompetent - and that's ignoring the fact that they should have, previously, fully tested the update to ensure no such problems were present.
It appears they've even given up on fobbing us off - now they are just totally ignoring the issue and their customers.
Maybe we should start a Facebook page about how dreadful VM is.
