We recently left Virgin but decided to go back after approximately one week without service. We were promised the TV would be back on straight away. It wasn't. Had to do another call to have signals sent to the box. All sorted BUT the pause, fast forward etc functions aren't working. It says 'not supported'. I really don't fancy another conversation as I've spent over an hour on the phone to customer services already!! Is there anything we can do without calling please? I've been trying Live Chat all afternoon but that isn't letting me chat it just has a message to try again later. Please help!
