No TiVo tv all day yesterday and off again today until about hour ago. When tv restored the broadband went down. Come on Virgin, sort it out, fed up of you "being aware of a problem" ...... We are all aware of the problem, just flaming fix it!

I'm sorry to read that there's been a los of service for the TiVo services. I've been able to test the TiVo and she's looking well, online and not showing any errors.
Can you tell me a bit more about what you're seeing, or has this resolved itself?
