What compensation will Virgin be giving to customers who have been unable to access youtube

I have been unable to use youtube via my Tivo box for about 2 weeks and I find the updates unacceptable as its very brief with no time limit.As this is a Virgin issue I would suggest as a goodwill gesture maybe a free month subscription of Netflix would be an idea
