Weak signal.

hi. I rang 150 on Saturday to complain about picture break up & a replacement remote. They said the signal was weak. They will monitor for 24 hrs & dispatch engineer. The remote will be 3 working days. Nothin has happened! Can you help please?

Best phone in again and book an engineer. It'll be quicker ultimately
