Want to add a channel to your TV package? It couldn't be easier!

There are several ways to add a channel to your package.

Please be aware that Sky Premium HD channels are not available on all V+ HD boxes. If you have a V+ HD box and you're unable to upgrade as below please call our team to discuss your upgrade options.

You can use our TV Channel Upgrade service to add any of the following Premium channels to your TV package via your TV set top box:

  • Sky Cinema Collection
  • Sky Sports Collection
  • Sky Cinema and Sky Sports HD
  • Asian Mela
  • Boxnation
  • MUTV
  • Baby TV
  • Racing UK

If you’ve got TiVo using your remote go to Home > Apps and Games > All Apps and Games, then select TV Channel Upgrades.

If you’ve got a V box, V HD or V+ HD, using your remote just go to Home > Interactive > TV Channel upgrades or Home > Help > Virgin TV > TV Channel Upgrades.

Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Before you complete your subscription we’ll let you know how much your new monthly bill will be. We’ll also ask you to enter your TV Pin to confirm you want the new channels to be added to your line-up.

Just so you know, if you want to remove these channels in future, you’ll need to give at least 30 days’ notice.

Once you add a channel it can take up to sixty minutes for the channel to be available and if you want to watch your new channel via TV Anywhere or the Sky Cinema or Sky Sports website and app, it can take up to eight hours for the channel to become available.

Please remember that any subscription has to be kept for a minimum of thirty days.

You can also upgrade your services online:

  1. Go to virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia
  2. Click Sign in and enter your primary My Virgin Media username and password.
  3. Click on My upgrades and offers.
  4. Choose what services you’d like to upgrade.

Or just call one of our team on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone and select option 4.
