Hi, could someone explain how I am supposed to sort out a W02 issue, I have been on hold with Virgin 150 for 15 minutes only to be cut off by them before I got to speak to anyone, I have tried rebooting, rang through to have the line checked. I starting to loss the will.....? not impressed with the support from Virgin so far!
