I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error and that you're having trouble getting through to report this. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and there is a couple of slight signal issues that needs fixing. Firstly, can you please reboot the box and let me know when this has been done? Once the box has been rebooted I would like to look at the box again. I know you most likely have tried this already but this is more so I can carry out the checks I need to from here if that's ok?
