W02 code while trying to watch hd channels

Hello

 

Can any one help me.

 

Over the past few days ive been getting the code w02 whilst trying to watch hd channels. 

 

It only seems to be only on hd channels.

I have tried to call 150 but seem to be in the queue system for ages.

 

I have read up on it and see it has to do with signals sent to the box. 

I have checked the connections and reset the box but still no joy.

Any staff here able to assist please.

After sitting on hold for an hour i see its no use.

Welcome to the forum community Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error and that you're having trouble getting through to report this.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.

 

I have taken a look at your box remotely and there is a couple of slight signal issues that needs fixing.  Firstly, can you please reboot the box and let me know when this has been done?  Once the box has been rebooted I would like to look at the box again.  I know you most likely have tried this already but this is more so I can carry out the checks I need to from here if that's ok?

Thanks for getting back to us, I've taken another look at your set top box and things are looking better from our end since the reboot, how are things for you?

 

If things haven't improved, we'll look to escalate this to get it resolved as soon as possible.
