Really unhappy with this service now. Posted on here not long ago regarding W02 code, loss of service for a couple of days (supposed to have been credited back in good will) and then had new cables outside laid.
Now we have no TV or Internet at all. Sort it ASAP Virgin. Think customer services is a bit of a joke when every time I'm phoning it's cutting off so I have to restart the process all over again.
I'm massively sorry to learn about the continued problems you're experiencing with your services.
I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're not detecting any general issues from our end at the moment though. Are you still experiencing the problems?
