Vm package

Been a vm customer for God knows how long. Fantastic 200 mb and TV service I got but the prices are slowly creeping up and starting to not afford to pay it.
Looking at keeping my 200 mb and basic tv channels and wondering if this will be cheaper then what we paying nearly £70.
Any advice on this please anyone or shall I just ring vm up and go from there?
Thanks in advance

Re: Vm package

Phone them and go through the "if you're thinking of leaving Virgin Media press ##" options and you'll get through to retentions. Explain to them you want to leave etc and they'll probably offer you a loyalty discount. I just got one after calling to complain about the shocking superhub 2 I've got and I managed to get a fixed priced discount for 18 months exempt from increase for the duration and a new superhub 3!

Re: Vm package

Thanks for that. My loyalty discount ends so price will go over £70. Fancy the new super hub 3 but can't justify getting a new one off them. Heard the hub 3 has alot of teething problems to.
